Of course! We pride ourselves on being family friendly. Our only policy is that if a majority of the players are 13 years of age or younger, then we do require a paying adult (18 years of age or older) to be in the room.
Our tickets start at only $35.00 per person, but the more players you have, the cheaper it gets. Oh, and don't forget — kids 8 and younger are always free!
Nope! All of our bookings are private. It's just you and your group — no strangers allowed.
Absolutely! Just a few things to keep in mind:
  • If all the rooms are booked up, you may have to wait.
  • Reservations do take priority over walk-ins.
  • Staff limitations may prevent us from taking walk-ins when you arrive.
We always recommend booking online to guarantee your spot!
We sure do. You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to your booking for a full refund. If this makes you nervous, have no fear — we offer booking insurance!
Great question! When you make your reservation, simply add one (1) cancellation insurance to your booking. With this, you may cancel or reschedule at any time prior to your booking and get a full refund minus the cost of the cancellation insurance.
Some of our rooms do allow for wheelchair access. We recommend you call ahead so we can best serve you and ensure you have the best experience possible!
Sorry, but photos are not allowed inside the rooms. We know it sounds silly, but this helps keep the fun secrets of the game just that... secret! But have no fear — we'll take a photo of your group when your game is over.
